dog biscuits for sale

Everett has cub scout day camp next week. They've asked that the boys earn 1/2 the fee to attend. I wasn't going to bother (I paid it months ago), but then I saw this little idea on a blog somewhere. It was a lot of fun, had simple ingredients, and was basically like making sugar cookies (except you bake them for 30 min).
And they tasted alright.

we packaged them up all cute

and headed out into the neighborhood.

he did pretty good. The best part was watching him. I'd written up a little script for him to say. He was so cute, as soon as the door started to open I'd hear, "Hi, my name in Everett" I was so proud of my little cub {scout}

oh, and yesterday we made these fun play dough cookie pops. They were a lot of fun!

Mariner's Game

Chris took Everett to the Mariner's game this week. They met up with Kasey, Grandpa & Grandma. I think they had a blast!
If you need a good laugh, check out this video of Everett showing off his dancing skills (watch out SYTYCD, we've got your next contestant!)

4th of July

we had a really fun 4th of July this year.
Here's Anna all patriotic with her cupcake (she helped me make those little flag toothpicks) we had a few families from our ward over for a BBQ and fireworks.
Everett with his sparklers

the kids and I made these confetti pull rockets. After a few pulls, they actually worked:)

my favorite part of the night was when Dave put on his climbing gear and hung our swing for us. Paul thought it was so cool there was a guy up in the tree. Later he walked outside and said, "huh, where's guy?".

the next day enjoying the swing. The kids say they feel like they are flying.
