Easter morning

mmmmm, chocolate

the kids were so funny, after they got a few pieces of candy they were done, and there were still a ton of candy all over the room. We were shocked!

I have such good memories of candy hunts on Easter morning. Growing up the Easter bunny would always bring big old chocolate bunnies for all 8 kids. I thought it was the coolest thing. Not cool enough to continue that tradition. I mean the chocolate isn't even that tasty, and they're kind of just huge.

Easter Egg hunt

it's been decided, we have a great back yard for an egg hunt. If only the weather would cooperate, it'd be perfect.

snowy spring break

on friday we woke up to SNOW! on spring break. We couldn't believe it!!

The first words out of Paul's mouth were "I gonna throw a snowball at you mom". haha

By the time we had all the snow gear out of the attic (since this was the first snow of the year!) the snow had turned to rain. The kids didn't mind. They played until their hair/hats were sopping wet. Even Ian insisted on going out. It was a fun wet snowy spring break day.
